I had to update the Review to Excellent Service as I was been approached by the Head office and they understood my reason for the disappointment with the service. After our discussions, they sent another expert to resolve the Minor issues. Initially, the Quote was the lowest of all, and the car was inspected and serviced with high care. Last week I had my logbook service done. The mechanic's name was Dhruv, and he was a nice person. He showed up on time and was thorough. Dhruv purchased my headlight, and the wipers and fixed my front brakes. He also took it for a small spin to double-check check everything sounded okay. So far so good, no issues and the car is running nicely. Much appreciated.
